Relationship Banker/Senior Relationship Banker - Tallahassee Financial Center

Provide industry-leading client service in person and by phone while building and expanding relationships for consumer and small business clients. Conduct consultative conversations to meet service and individual/branch sales targets, support team sales processes, and refer complex needs to specialists. Be cross-trained for required teller duties, advise on consumer lending options, and maintain compliance with internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies.
