Key Responsibilities

  • •Document product processes and training materials.
  • •Perform remote support activity to solve POS functionality and/or operational issues.
  • •Assist with maintenance of POS servers and terminals.
  • •Ensure POS security procedures are implemented and enforced.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent (IEK/TEI of relevant studies).
  • •2+ years’ experience in a similar role in tech support, ideally in the field of payment transactions.
  • •Proficiency in English.
  • •Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn new applications quickly.
  • •Team player with strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills, rapid and accurate work, highly organized with the ability to multitask and attention to detail.
