Key Responsibilities

•Design and execute the AI adoption strategy for the GTM team, identifying high-impact use cases, building reusable prompt libraries and AI agents, and establishing LLM quality and security standards.
•Write and maintain production code (Python, JavaScript) powering GTM automation workflows—from API integrations and data pipelines to Claude-powered agents handling lead qualification, call analysis, and proposal generation.
•Define and manage deployment processes for GTM applications within a GCP project, including CI/CD, monitoring, logging, and security best practices for AI-powered services.
•Design secure integrations between systems (Salesforce, Gong, Zendesk, GCP, Claude API) with robust data pipelines, authentication, error handling, and retry logic.
•Architect end-to-end automation workflows across the sales cycle—lead enrichment, routing, post-call processing, pipeline management, and RFP response generation.

Key Requirements

•4-7+ years in a technical GTM, revenue operations, sales engineering, or software engineering role with hands-on experience building and deploying production systems.
•Strong coding skills in Python and/or JavaScript, with fluency in APIs, webhooks, and integration patterns.
•Cloud infrastructure experience (GCP preferred) with deployed services using Cloud Functions/Run, BigQuery, Pub/Sub, and knowledge of IAM and secure deployment patterns.
•Hands-on experience building with LLM APIs (Claude, GPT, or similar) in production, not just prompting.
•Owner's mindset with comfort in ambiguity; able to ship solutions from code to deployment to adoption.
