Key Responsibilities

  • ā€¢Set up, configure, administer, and maintain conference room AV, video conferencing, background music, digital signage, and other ITAV systems.
  • ā€¢Resolve vendor escalations requiring internal administrative access or technical expertise, owning diagnosis, remediation, and service restoration verification.
  • ā€¢Manage installation and commissioning for office builds, refreshes, and moves/adds/changes, ensuring completed systems are ready for ongoing operation.
  • ā€¢Execute software updates, configuration changes, equipment replacements, and conferencing move/add/change requests using established standards and recovery procedures.
  • ā€¢Investigate recurring failures, maintain runbooks and recovery procedures, and train vendors/support technicians on approved tasks and escalation boundaries.

Key Requirements

  • ā€¢5+ years implementing and troubleshooting enterprise AV systems, including installation and commissioning, based on technical designs.
  • ā€¢Hands-on experience configuring and troubleshooting video conferencing platforms such as Google Meet, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams.
  • ā€¢Experience deploying and troubleshooting AV over IP, including Q-LAN, Dante, and NDI, plus Q-SYS control ecosystem experience.
  • ā€¢Practical knowledge of enterprise networking (IP addressing, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, multicast) to diagnose AV connectivity and collaborate with Network Engineering.
  • ā€¢Experience using IT ticketing systems for escalations and strong baseline scripting ability (Bash, Lua, Python, or JavaScript) for automation.
