  • •Define, deploy, and monitor processes to ensure full operational and legal compliance with Italian regulations and authorities’ guidelines.
  • •Establish and maintain constructive union dialogue and external institutional relationships.
  • •Optimize rider support and billing operations, improving onboarding, responsive support, and accurate automated billing/cash management.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally with Global Operations, Legal, and Finance to align local operations with global strategy and best practices.
