Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the strategic approach to transform Enterprise Risk Management, including overseeing project proposals, work plans, and analysis.
  • •Manage ambiguity by driving clarity across team, partners, and key stakeholders, and craft storylines for findings and recommendations.
  • •Liaise and communicate with senior leadership to move the organization to action and drive engagement through reporting.
  • •Develop and maintain relationships with business leaders to improve decision-making around strategy and risk initiatives.
  • •Lead internal initiatives (including recruiting, staffing, diversity & inclusion, and social activities) and manage/mentor team members.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 245,100 - 335,700 annually
