Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide value-added operational oversight for CCAM activities, including corporate account opening and account maintenance within delegated authority.
  • •Review and authorize account opening documentation and maintain accurate customer records, account structures, mandates, and authorized signatories across banking systems.
  • •Ensure strict compliance with AML, sanctions, regulatory, compliance, and operational risk requirements, including Maker-Checker controls.
  • •Monitor service delivery and productivity, ensuring requests meet SLAs, maintaining 99%+ accuracy, and prioritizing critical aged/high-value queues.
  • •Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues, support KYC remediation and audits, and prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports and improvement insights.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Corporate Banking Operations, centralized account management, client onboarding, or account services.
  • •Experience handling Corporate, Commercial, Financial Institution, and Government Banking clients (preferred).
  • •Comprehensive knowledge of Corporate Banking Operations, account management, KYC/CDD requirements, AML regulations, and customer lifecycle management.
  • •Strong leadership and team management capabilities for operational teams and service delivery.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, Commerce, or a related discipline (professional banking/AML/compliance certifications a plus).
