Job Summary

Design and develop front-end software for the Rocky program, creating and testing Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs) with UI/UX experts. Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into software models, lead system-level risk/issue analyses, and drive code reviews for alignment to standards. Research and implement emerging front-end technologies, tools, and frameworks supporting next-generation space and ground products within the SMS Rapid Space Capabilities portfolio.

•Experience developing frontend user interfaces using Astro UX and software engineering principles (e.g., configuration management, architecture/design, lifecycle management).
