Job Summary

Senior Signal & Power Integrity Engineer responsible for leading SI/PI design for high-speed PCB/multi-layer systems, performing system-level SI simulations for interfaces like PCIe, LPDDR/DDR/GDDR, MIPI, HDMI and USB, and optimizing the PDN. Collaborates with Package/PCB Design and Application Engineering to deliver robust hardware solutions for NVIDIA’s advanced GPU and AI platforms, including TDR/VNA measurements and material characterization.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead board/system SI design activities, PCB stack up design, material selection, design guide implementation, layout review, and post-layout analysis.
•System-level signal integrity simulation of PCIE, LPDDR/DDR/GDDR, MIPI, HDMI, USB and other interfaces.
•Analyze and optimize Power delivery network (PDN) on PCBs.
•Work closely with Package and PCB Design teams crafting solutions for system SI/PI performance.
•Work with Application Engineering supporting customer board designs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 136,000 - 264,500 annually

Key Requirements

•BS/MS in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) with minimum 4 years of experience as a SI/PI engineer
•Strong understanding of electromagnetics, channel components and transmission line theory
•Experience with design and implementation of high-speed electrical interfaces (PCIe, LPDDR/DDR/GDDR, MIPI, HDMI, USB, etc.)
•Hands-on experience with HFSS, Sigrity, Hspice or similar simulation tools
•Proficient with Cadence Allegro PCB Designer and Constraints Manager or similar PCB stack-up tools
