Key Responsibilities

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as a Royal Air Force (RAF) Painter and Finisher tradesperson or a time-served civilian equivalent in an aircraft or automotive body shop environment.
  • •Hold a full UK driving licence.
  • •Follow detailed procedures and work instructions accurately and consistently.
  • •Strong focus on quality, safety, and attention to detail.
  • •NVQ Level 3 in Aeronautical Engineering (Surface Finish pathway) or an equivalent qualification is advantageous.
