Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-workstream client projects involving AI products, data integrations, and credit/risk policy digitalisation.
  • •Design and own delivery frameworks, governance structures, escalation paths, and structured project closure (go-live sign-off and post-launch health reviews).
  • •Manage senior-level client relationships and facilitate executive steering-committee meetings, milestone reviews, executive briefings, and escalations.
  • •Coordinate cross-functionally as the senior delivery point across Engineering, Forward Deployed Engineering, Product, QA, and Leadership teams; run delivery ceremonies and retrospectives.
  • •Define and continuously improve the client delivery playbook and mentor junior project managers through structured feedback and delivery coaching.

Key Requirements

  • •3–6 years of project management or client delivery/implementation experience in technology, SaaS, fintech, AI, or enterprise software.
  • •Experience owning complex, multi-stakeholder delivery end-to-end in client-facing settings.
  • •Strong experience delivering in or within banking/financial institutions or regulated enterprise environments (preferred).
  • •Advanced command of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid) and adapting approach to client context.
  • •Full professional fluency in both English and Arabic (written and spoken).
