Job Summary

Drive Lark’s partner-led growth in the APAC market by sourcing, outreaching, and qualifying new SaaS partners in target markets. Build partner business plans aligned to Lark’s strategy and GTM approach, enable partners’ sales execution, and support deal reviews and pipeline improvements. Serve as the main interface for partner operations and coordinate with partners’ marketing teams on joint initiatives to increase visibility and mutual success.

Key Responsibilities

•Source, outreach, and qualify potential partners to build a strong partner pipeline.
•Collaborate with partners to develop business plans aligned with Lark strategy and mutual growth objectives.
•Work with partners to refine their strategy in line with Lark’s GTM approach and correct target audience/methodology.
•Enable and monitor partner sales with deal/pitching reviews, coaching, and intervention when needed.
•Serve as a primary point of contact for partner operational matters and coordinate with partner marketing teams on joint initiatives.

Travel: Low travel

•Understand how partners operate in a SaaS model, with proven channel partner management, business development, or sales experience in technology.
•Strategic thinking: analyze data, identify trends, and turn insights into actionable growth plans.
