Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute final production scheduling and oversee plating/production shift operations in the production (packing) area.
  • •Ensure product quality and site/shift compliance across safety, food safety, inventory, and related operational outputs.
  • •Manage and develop supervisors, leads, and hourly associates, including coaching, training, and covering leadership gaps.
  • •Partner with kitchen, R&D, HR, Safety, and Logistics to schedule, plan, staff production shifts, and execute company initiatives.
  • •Drive continuous improvement initiatives, manage performance measures, submit required end-of-shift reports, and conduct accident investigations with corrective actions.

Key Requirements
