Staff Product Manager - Agent & Systems Observability

Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for observability across Render’s systems telemetry and emerging agent observability. Define what observability means for AI-native builders, spanning logs, metrics, distributed tracing, OpenTelemetry-native instrumentation, and traces of model calls and multi-step agent runs. Partner with Engineering and Product teams to shape telemetry pipelines, balance foundational investment vs. product needs, and guide cost and usage direction for token-based economics.
