Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide subject matter technical planning support and project management on multimodal transportation, community planning, and environmental planning projects
  • •Coordinate with clients, regulatory agencies, and planning staff to deliver strategic advisory services and high-quality deliverables
  • •Lead business development activities, cultivate client relationships, and identify new opportunities
  • •Oversee capture planning and proposal development for upcoming projects
  • •Mentor staff and collaborate across disciplines to deliver future-ready transportation planning solutions

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Transportation Planning, Urban Planning, Environmental Planning, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • •10+ years of experience in the transportation planning field
  • •Strong relationships with state, regional and local agencies in South Florida
  • •Advanced expertise with consulting practices and coordinating with clients, regulatory agencies, subcontractors, and technical staff
  • •Experience with discipline-specific software (e.g., ArcGIS, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch-Up, CAD) and strong technical writing skills
