Key Responsibilities

  • •Specialize in production control, inventory control, process control, and MRP integrity planning.
  • •Maintain SAP work order release schedules, reschedule/complete discrete jobs, and perform pre-shortage analysis to improve component availability.
  • •Perform work order variance analysis and review MRP execution to reconcile supply and demand and validate master scheduling/PDS requirements.
  • •Review ECO disposition, perform system maintenance/audits for accuracy, and prepare ECO/ECR status reports while supporting floor audits with Finance.
  • •Coordinate with Purchasing, Production, and other teams; attend production/purchasing/project meetings; communicate material shortage risks and support recovery plans.

Salary: USD 64,000 - 88,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •2-4 years’ experience in production planning, supply chain, manufacturing, or a related field.
  • •SAP experience preferred, including work order release scheduling and MRP execution accuracy.
  • •Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • •Effective communication skills to collaborate across multiple departments and resolve WIP/material issues.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and other Office applications (preferred).
