Job Summary

Assist in delivering civil construction projects by supporting governance, planning, procurement, and cross-functional team coordination. Will help set success criteria, monitor finances, manage change, and interface with clients and consultants to ensure timely, on-budget delivery of technical and safety-focused projects in Pune.

Key Responsibilities

•Help establish the overall success criteria for the project, including time, cost, technical and performance parameters
•Identify and ensure the appropriate line manager is aware of quality, safety, health and environment issues
•Establish effective project governance, processes and systems to be utilised throughout project
•Plan the project, including producing the detailed project plan
•Advise upon the procurement of resources
•Lead and facilitate the overall cross-functional project team

Key Requirements

•Education - B.E/ B.Tech/ B.Arch – Civil; Post Graduate Qualification in relevant field would be an added advantage
•4-5 years post-qualification experience in a similar role
•Experience of working for a construction consultancy in India, with good technical skills
•Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
