Support operational reliability by responding to thermal events and equipment failures, diagnosing issues in chilled water, CDU, and direct liquid cooling systems, and implementing fixes. Resolve commissioning conflicts, monitor thermal performance under live AI compute load, and help build checklists and run books to improve future deployments. Travel to sites up to 50% of the time.
