Support and advise customers across Sephora departments (make-up, skincare, haircare, fragrance), sharing product knowledge, beauty trends, and news. Provide short in-department services, ensure product presentation follows Visual Merchandising guidelines, and keep the sales floor fully stocked and ready for customers. Manage inventory storage and replenishment in both the backroom and on the shop floor at the Winterthur store.
