Own and scale employee lifecycle programs across onboarding, performance management, employee experience, engagement, manager enablement, recognition, and career pathing. Design repeatable programs from end to end—planning, execution, and measurement—partnering with HRBPs, People Ops, Finance, Legal, and IT to define responsibilities and swim lanes. •Design and scale programs across the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
•Translate ambiguous or competing needs into structured programs with clear phases, owners, success criteria, and timelines.
•Partner cross-functionally with HRBPs and People Ops (and with Finance, Legal, and IT) to define where each program starts and where ownership begins.
•Manage multiple programs in parallel.
•Drive adoption, enablement, and training as appropriate, and define leading/lagging indicators to evaluate program health and iterate.

Key Requirements

•8+ years in people programs, including direct ownership of at least one full-lifecycle program (e.g., onboarding/offboarding, performance management, or engagement).
•Experience scaling people programs during a high-growth stage (100 to 1000+ employees).
•Track record of owning a program end-to-end and iterating cycle over cycle.
•Experience diagnosing and rebuilding people programs that weren’t working.
•Strong communication skills and experience leading training or enablement for employees and managers.
