Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver outstanding consumer service using Crocs’ C.H.A.R.M. service model.
  • •Follow Asset Protection policies, including shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance procedures.
  • •Work with Store Management to improve personal KPIs using sales-driven techniques.
  • •Support daily retail operations: POS system management, stock replenishment, pricing and markdowns, promotions, loyalty program support, and cleanliness standards.
  • •Learn and assist in multiple store departments including consumer service, product knowledge/placement, visual presentation, and stock room management.

Salary: 23.56 - 30.29

Key Requirements

  • •Be 18 years or older.
  • •Prefer Senior Secondary School Year 12 / High School Certificate.
  • •Have 1 to 2 years of working experience, preferably in retail.
  • •Fluent in English (other languages are an advantage).
  • •Comfortable working rotational shifts including nights, Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
