•Regional Leadership: Provide strategic direction and operational leadership for all physical security functions across multiple Anduril sites within the Northeastern region.
•Guard Force Management: Oversee the performance and management of all contracted security guard forces in the Northeast region, ensuring compliance with SLAs/KPIs and conducting regular performance reviews.
•Site Security Oversight: Lead day-to-day physical security management of sites in the Northeast AOR, implementing and enforcing security policies and best practices.
•Physical Security Assessments: Conduct comprehensive assessments of Northeast facilities, evaluating access control, perimeter security, CCTV, alarms, and visitor management.
•Risk Mitigation & Strategy Development: Identify regional security risks and develop/implement mitigation strategies and enhanced security protocols.
