Key Responsibilities

  • •Evaluate and commission liquid cooling for GPU compute (CDUs, direct-to-chip cold plates, rear-door HX, immersion tanks, chilled water plants).
  • •Handle PDU/UPS/XFR/ATS/STS medium-voltage to low-voltage transformation and power distribution one-lines.
  • •Support air and mixed air/liquid cooling systems including CRAH/CRAC, containment, economizers, humidification, and supplemental cooling.
  • •Specify and validate liquid cooling piping loops (routing, glycol concentration, pump curves, flow balancing, filtration, leak detection, and pressure/charge checks).
  • •Coordinate with mechanical subs, vendors, and controls integrators to prevent trade conflicts and manage commissioning.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 80,000 - 120,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Any Journeyman MEP trade license or higher.
  • •Several years of datacenter mechanical/electrical installation and commissioning experience.
  • •Hands-on liquid cooling experience at 75+ kW/rack (CDUs, direct-to-chip, rear-door HX, or immersion).
  • •Evaluate and commission liquid cooling systems using real TDP data for sizing heat rejection.
  • •Familiarity with N+1 or 2N redundancy architectures for cooling plants.
