Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete the Trane Technologies Graduate Training Program (GTP) with intensive technical, business, sales engineering, and leadership training over 14 weeks.
  • •After GTP, serve as an Associate Account Manager specializing in Equipment, Services, or Controls in a predetermined office location.
  • •Sell HVAC equipment and building management controls to commercial, industrial, and institutional customers.
  • •Partner with engineers, architects, contractors, and owners/developers on the design, application, and sale of equipment, controls, parts, and services.
  • •Develop and execute territory sales plans, analyze market conditions, secure design wins, and achieve sales quotas.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (any engineering emphasis), completed prior to the Graduate Training Program start date.
  • •Be a U.S. citizen or have the legal right to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
  • •Have prior internship experience at Trane Technologies or be able to commence in-office work 3 months prior to GTP start date.
  • •Possess a valid driver’s license for at least 12 months and be able to provide proof of insurance.
  • •Ability to temporarily relocate for the 14-week training program in La Crosse, WI.
