Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and motivate the Contamination Control Section team; set goals and drive accountability.
  • •Improve AMC, Particle & ESD DL control, and optimize new programs for MAU and FFU.
  • •Conduct FAB process contamination analysis and manage contamination control performance metrics.
  • •Partner with departments to develop strategies for MAU AMC control and FAB AMC/process filter; establish benchmarks and standard methodologies.
  • •Coordinate AMC method development, validation, and management of new tool releases while managing contamination control safety protocols.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Chemistry, Chemical Industry, Engineering, or related fields.
  • •Proven knowledge and experience in FAB contamination control, chemical analysis, or FAB processes.

  • •Advanced degree or equivalent experience in a related field (preferred).
