Own the 0-to-1 launch phase for TikTok’s most strategic Channel Partners across North America, partnering with internal teams to drive onboarding, operational readiness, and first revenue. Lead partner onboarding and implementation, build enablement materials and scalable launch playbooks, and stand up core workflows like attribution, reporting, billing, and escalation. Use launch feedback and performance baselines to remove blockers, improve scalability, and support partner recruitment and scaling.

•Lead partner onboarding and implementation to ensure operational readiness.
•Create foundational enablement materials and repeatable launch playbooks.
•Stand up core workflows including attribution, reporting, billing, and escalation.
•Drive rapid time-to-first-spend through early activation milestones.
•Capture launch feedback to improve scalability and establish performance baselines for handoff to SPMs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 75 - 120 hourly

Key Requirements

•Many years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or commercial strategy within digital advertising, martech, or SaaS.
•Proven success negotiating and managing large-scale partnerships or channel ecosystems.
•Strong understanding of SMB acquisition models and platform-driven revenue growth.
•Experience in partner management, technical account management, partner operations, or implementation/onboarding, preferably in digital advertising, martech, or SaaS.
•Strong technical and operational knowledge of paid media platforms, SMB advertising models, and API-driven workflows (attribution, reporting, billing).
