Agent(e), Opérations Expérience Client – Recouvrement (Télétravail – Contrat de durée déterminée)

Handle client outreach for collections cases such as negative balances, deposit failures, and rejected transfers. Triage and investigate account issues end to end, build a clear resolution plan, and help clients set up repayment strategies. Serve as an empathetic, professional voice during stressful moments while identifying trends and partnering with Operations and Product to improve underlying processes and systems.
