•Lead and mentor a team of Android engineers, fostering ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
•Drive execution of the product roadmap, partnering with Product and Design to deliver intuitive, customer-centric mobile experiences.
•Balance short-term delivery with long-term investments in architecture, quality, scalability, and developer productivity.
•Provide technical and executional leadership, guiding architecture, key engineering decisions, and cross-platform alignment.
•Partner with ML, imaging, backend, and cross-platform teams to deliver seamless end-to-end experiences.

•10+ years of software engineering experience with a strong background in mobile development.
