Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate shipment and goods receiving activities, ensuring accurate handling.
  • •Communicate and coordinate with key stakeholders including Project Managers, Order Handlers, Workshop, and Shipping teams.
  • •Register and report deviations in goods receiving to the relevant Claim Coordinator, and support the QC team with claim investigations.
  • •Carry out warehouse and production activities in accordance with ALPS standards and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • •Operate forklifts to ensure safe handling, movement, and storage of materials and goods.

Key Requirements

  • •At least a Diploma (or equivalent) with relevant experience in warehouse, logistics, shipping, or a similar environment.
  • •Experienced and certified forklift operator.
  • •Good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • •Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • •Strong coordination, communication, and organisational skills with a focus on accuracy and safety.
