Sr. Project Manager

Own and drive customer deployment success by onboarding new implementation projects and acting as the liaison between the deployment team and internal Forcepoint teams. Provide technical consulting and project management guidance during deployment, manage account deployment status and risks through regular check-ins, and lead escalations with engineering and Tech Support. Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to relay improvements, contribute deployment learnings to the Knowledge Base, and support resource planning and quarterly deployment reviews.
