Key Responsibilities

  • •Compile, analyze, and interpret financial information; prepare journal entries and maintain general ledger accounts to record business transactions.
  • •Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and supporting schedules and management reports.
  • •Support month-end close activities including preparation/upload of journal entries, accruals, and financial reporting.
  • •Manage fixed assets and accruals, including fixed asset schedules, depreciation in the sub-ledger, and PO accrual coordination.
  • •Ensure compliance with internal controls and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), including testing/documentation, and upload/validate monthly financial data in HFM.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and/or Finance with 5 years of relevant accounting experience required.
  • •CPA designation or progress toward CPA.
  • •Experience in a multinational organization.
  • •Experience with HFM, SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems, including month-end close and reconciliations.
  • •Strong U.S. GAAP accounting knowledge, internal controls/SOX compliance, and experience supporting audits.
