Key Responsibilities

  • •Write and maintain core libraries and services that perform critical functions for collaborative teams of robots, e.g., frame transformations, targeting and guidance.
  • •Own major feature development and rollout of large, complex features including sensor integration, perception architecture, motion planning, health management, and simulation infrastructure.
  • •Implement scalable subsystems such as sensor processing, perception, tracking, anomaly detection, simulation, testing fixtures, and vehicle interfaces.
  • •Collaborate with Anduril and third-party robotic platform hardware teams and subject-matter experts to align requirements and iterate toward final designs.
  • •Ensure integration and delivery of software across product lines, delivering results on time with high quality.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 191,000 - 253,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of C++ or Rust experience in a Linux development environment.
  • •Strong engineering background in Robotics, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics.
  • •Proven experience leading projects or teams, with ability to mentor and grow engineers.
  • •Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, concurrency, and code optimization.
  • •Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.
