Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide day-to-day contractor coordination at assigned sites, tracking roster status, absences, and workload handoffs against continuity standards.
  • •Support the PMO to manage the contract’s cost, schedule, and performance.
  • •Lead teams to define program staffing plans and execute resource management requirements.
  • •Screen and evaluate candidates’ professional experience, education, and certifications for labor category compliance and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • •Maintain accurate PMT/roster entries for credentialing status, clearances, and labor hours; monitor and escalate staffing gaps or absences exceeding 15 consecutive workdays within 24 hours.
