Lead and build a world-class executive search function to shape the Glovo Talent House, delivering critical leadership hires while coaching a small team of executive recruiters. Serve as a trusted advisor to the Executive Team and Board, balancing hands-on delivery with strategic leadership to raise the bar for senior leadership globally, and drive leadership capability, succession planning, and exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

•Personally lead and execute end-to-end executive searches for the most critical C-level, VP, and Director roles, from role scoping to offer acceptance.
•Build, lead, and coach a high-performing team of 3-4 executive recruiters, setting clear standards for quality, pace, and candidate experience.
•Partner closely with the Executive Team, Board members, and senior leaders as a strategic advisor on executive hiring, leadership capabilities, and succession planning.
•Balance hands-on delivery with team leadership, prioritizing roles, allocating searches, and stepping in where impact is highest.
•Build and maintain a strong global network of senior leaders, proactively engaging talent ahead of business needs and ensuring an outstanding, human, and values-led candidate experience.

Key Requirements

•3+ years in leading an executive search team and 8+ years of experience hiring executives and senior leadership (C-level, VP, Director) across multiple functions and complex international environments.
•Strong credibility partnering with executive leadership teams and boards, with the ability to challenge and influence at the highest level.
•Deep expertise in executive assessment.
•Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills to access and engage top-tier leadership talent globally.
•Strategic yet pragmatic mindset, capable of long-term planning and hands-on execution, with a data-informed approach to hiring decisions.
