Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop new deposit, loan, and treasury services for a targeted market by engaging in business development and solicitation of new prospects.
  • •Manage a sales pipeline and customer/prospect activity to attain individual, department, and bank goals, including loan growth and new clients.
  • •Manage the loan portfolio by monitoring covenants, borrowing bases, maturities, renewals, collections, and post-loan closing accuracy in the system of record.
  • •Collaborate with the Credit Department on loan structure, underwriting, and approvals, including reviewing financial statements and monitoring changes in risk/line limits.
  • •Ensure service excellence, compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements (including CRA activities, BSA, and AML), and complete required compliance courses.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • •Intermediate knowledge of bank operations, products and services, and related state/federal laws and regulations.
  • •Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • •Intermediate computer terminal and personal computer operation skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, and specialty software.
  • •Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, plus a valid driver’s license.
