Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead practical application of asset management best practices for installed and spare assets, including required markings/tagging and unique record identification.
  • •Implement asset management for hardware and software (including software warranty tracking, licenses) within TENM as part of a team.
  • •Maintain IUID tags and upload into PIEE, managing property management functions to control contractor property effectively.
  • •Ensure systems, processes, and records are in place to control property from receipt through stewardship until formal relief of responsibility.
  • •Conduct internal reviews, surveillances, self-assessments, audits, and monthly/quarterly physical inventory audits; perform asset management reporting for contractual and governmental requirements.
