Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, implement and continuously evolve the Group's corporate travel policy in alignment with HR and Senior Management
  • •Oversee and administer the online booking platform (Self Booking Tool) and expense management systems
  • •Coordinate with the Procurement department on supplier tenders and contract negotiations
  • •Design and manage the traveler risk management program: employee tracking, alerts, and emergency response procedures
  • •Analyse Travel & Expense (T&E) spending and produce regular reports for HR leadership and senior management

Key Requirements

  • •Design, implement and continuously evolve the Group's corporate travel policy in alignment with HR and Senior Management.
  • •Integrate the travel policy into the broader professional mobility framework (long-term assignments, secondments, expatriations).
  • •Collaborate with HR Business Partners to anticipate travel needs by employee population and business unit.
  • •Ensure full compliance of the travel policy with applicable labour law, company agreements and tax regulations governing business travel.
  • •Oversee and administer the fleet management system and supplier relationships, including TMC, airlines, hotels and maintenance networks.
