Job Summary

Dual-role position leading the design and governance of corporate travel policy and the strategic management of the Group’s vehicle fleet. You’ll partner with HR, Procurement and finance to ensure duty of care, cost control, compliance, and sustainable mobility, while overseeing booking tools, supplier relationships, and fleet operations from acquisition to maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, implement and continuously evolve the Group's corporate travel policy in alignment with HR and Senior Management
•Oversee and administer the online booking platform (Self Booking Tool) and expense management systems
•Coordinate with the Procurement department on supplier tenders and contract negotiations
•Design and manage the traveler risk management program: employee tracking, alerts, and emergency response procedures
•Analyse Travel & Expense (T&E) spending and produce regular reports for HR leadership and senior management

Key Requirements

•Design, implement and continuously evolve the Group's corporate travel policy in alignment with HR and Senior Management.
•Integrate the travel policy into the broader professional mobility framework (long-term assignments, secondments, expatriations).
•Collaborate with HR Business Partners to anticipate travel needs by employee population and business unit.
•Ensure full compliance of the travel policy with applicable labour law, company agreements and tax regulations governing business travel.
•Oversee and administer the fleet management system and supplier relationships, including TMC, airlines, hotels and maintenance networks.
