Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management processes to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink.
  • •Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, partnering with the General/Store Manager to escalate process or system gaps.
  • •Support store operations including shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, intra-day replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Maintain and champion visual standards for the sales floor and strong stockroom standards and processes to support a safe work environment.
  • •Move dynamically on the retail floor to assess and fulfill business, team, and guest needs; resolve client needs quickly and effectively using metrics to support business strategies.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
