Lead a Forward Deployed Solutions team as a player-coach, transforming frontline technical support into proactive, AI-driven engineering for partner success. You’ll manage and mentor solution engineers, design AI deflection workflows and internal tools, and serve as the lead technical architect for enterprise clients—especially in Brazil—handling complex integrations in JavaScript, APIs, and ad server configurations. You’ll also partner with engineering and product to turn recurring pain points into durable platform improvements.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage, mentor, and upskill a team of solutions engineers, evolving culture from reactive ticket resolution to proactive partner solutions architecture.
•Design, build, and maintain AI-driven tools, automated deflection workflows, and self-serve technical documentation to eliminate repetitive low-tier queries.
•Own partner technical health by monitoring revenue performance, deployment success, and technical SLAs across partner accounts.
•Serve as the primary technical partner for high-value clients in Brazil, leading integrations, architectural reviews, and troubleshooting in Portuguese.
•Build custom solutions using JavaScript, APIs, network requests, and ad server configs, and feed recurring partner pain points into product and engineering improvements.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of software/solutions engineering experience, including 1–2+ years as a technical lead, team lead, or engineering manager.
•Practical experience building or configuring workflow automation, LLM API integrations, or automated knowledge loops for technical operations.
•Native or fluent Portuguese (spoken and written) and fluent English for collaboration with global teams.
•Proficiency in front-end web technologies including JavaScript (ES6+), HTML/CSS, REST APIs, and HTTP protocols.
•Hands-on experience with Google Ad Manager (GAM), Prebid.js, header bidding, or SDK integrations.
