Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage, mentor, and upskill a team of solutions engineers, evolving culture from reactive ticket resolution to proactive partner solutions architecture.
  • •Design, build, and maintain AI-driven tools, automated deflection workflows, and self-serve technical documentation to eliminate repetitive low-tier queries.
  • •Own partner technical health by monitoring revenue performance, deployment success, and technical SLAs across partner accounts.
  • •Serve as the primary technical partner for high-value clients in Brazil, leading integrations, architectural reviews, and troubleshooting in Portuguese.
  • •Build custom solutions using JavaScript, APIs, network requests, and ad server configs, and feed recurring partner pain points into product and engineering improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of software/solutions engineering experience, including 1–2+ years as a technical lead, team lead, or engineering manager.
  • •Practical experience building or configuring workflow automation, LLM API integrations, or automated knowledge loops for technical operations.
  • •Native or fluent Portuguese (spoken and written) and fluent English for collaboration with global teams.
  • •Proficiency in front-end web technologies including JavaScript (ES6+), HTML/CSS, REST APIs, and HTTP protocols.
  • •Hands-on experience with Google Ad Manager (GAM), Prebid.js, header bidding, or SDK integrations.
