Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead internal and external business development initiatives to grow the Power & Energy sector.
  • •Develop and strengthen client relationships; lead proposal strategy, preparation, and delivery.
  • •Track and manage the pipeline of large-scale opportunities in CRM Enterprise, identifying emerging projects and maintaining accurate information.
  • •Manage contract reviews, negotiations, and execution for new engagements and MSA renewals.
  • •Provide leadership and guidance to project teams and seller-doer Project Managers to support successful delivery and strategic growth.

Key Requirements

  • •B.S. or B.A. in Environmental Planning, Geography, Ecology, Environmental Science, or related fields.
  • •Minimum 20 years of professional experience in the A/E/C industry managing environmental permitting and licensing for energy infrastructure (transmission lines, substations, power plants, renewables, pipelines).
  • •Direct experience in Southwestern states including Southern California, Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico, and west Texas.
  • •Expertise in federal NEPA regulations for environmental services with working knowledge of other applicable state environmental regulations.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
