Senior HR leader partnering with top management to drive the People strategy, oversee delivery of HR services, and coach a team of People Managers and HR Generalists. Responsible for talent management, employee relations, performance and compensation processes, and ensuring policy compliance while building strong stakeholder relationships and delivering data‑driven HR insights.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with management to develop and implement the HR strategy aligned with corporate goals
•Act as a trusted partner to management in decisions on HR matters including employee relations, talent management, performance management, and compensation
•Lead, coach, and develop the HR team to ensure effective HR services delivery
•Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including employees, managers, works councils, and external partners
•Identify and analyze HR metrics to support management and derive actionable recommendations

Key Requirements

•Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
•7+ years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role
•Experience in labor and collective bargaining law / employee relations
•Fluency in German and English (spoken and written)
•Strong analytical skills with experience using HR metrics and data for decision making
