Key Responsibilities

  • •Own one or more research projects alongside researchers, designers, and product managers to investigate a product problem or area.

  • •Partner with cross-functional teammates to translate user insights into thoughtful product experiences that help people engage with the crypto economy.

Key Requirements

  • •Actively pursuing a career in user research through a degree in a research-related field, or equivalent experience.
  • •Working knowledge of general research principles (experimental design, bias, confounds) and UX research principles (usability testing, design thinking).
  • •Demonstrated ability to communicate research findings clearly, supported by a final report from a past research project (school, bootcamp, or extracurricular) uploaded with your application.
  • •Basic knowledge of cryptocurrency and Coinbase’s role in the crypto economy, with interest in learning more.
  • •Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.
