Responsible for electrical work associated with projects in Wood’s Process & Chemicals service line, coordinating with the Wood team and the client. Key Responsibilities

•Support electrical design work across assigned projects, coordinating with Wood and the client team.
•Develop switch house scope including pressurization, HVAC, fire detection, SCADA/DCS, instrumentation, and lighting.
•Handle electrical systems such as transformers and accessories, and switchgear for MV (MT) and LV (BT) including 380 V.
•Work on MCC and backup power supply systems (UPS), including related electrical components.
•Address grounding, wiring methods, lightning protection, alarms/sirens, telephony systems, and electrical lighting systems.

Key Requirements

•Civil Electric Engineer background (Ingeniero Civil Eléctrico) or equivalent professional training.
•At least 10 years of experience in engineering/execution projects.
•Knowledge of electrical equipment and installations design.
•Proficiency designing electrical cable conduits (underground and overhead) and electrical interconnections.
•Knowledge of explosion-proof electrical installations, tray/cable ladder conduits, and interpretation of electrical drawings (e.g., one-line diagrams) and technical standards/specifications.
