Support base infrastructure modernization by managing and maintaining site LAN/WAN network devices. Maintain configurations, troubleshoot routing and performance issues, and implement approved changes to keep systems available, secure, and compliant. Use monitoring tools with enterprise SIEM to create alarms and reports, follow O&M checklists, and assist with patching, upgrades, and incident response as needed while operating onsite at Andersen Air Force Base, Guam.

•Support patching, upgrades, and participate as needed in security incident response and vendor coordination during outages or reduced performance.
