Job Summary

Lead agent optimization efforts for an AI Foundations team accelerating adoption of a reliable, open-source programming model. Design and build tools and mechanisms that improve agent token spend, response time, and output quality using techniques like model routing, multi-agent architectures, caching, and context management. Partner with engineers and the developer community to ship reliable features, debug complex issues, and publish public technical documentation. Work across Python, TypeScript, Java, and Go.

•Work across multiple programming languages (Python and TypeScript, Java, Go) and evolve AI application development patterns and architectures.
•Collaborate with the developer community to debug advanced issues and write public technical documentation for Temporal concepts and APIs.

•8+ years of professional work experience.

•Deep experience with concurrent programming, including safe use of mutexes, atomics, and other concurrency primitives.
•BS or MS in Computer Science (or closely-related), or equivalent experience writing production-grade software.
