•Prepare clear briefs, updates, research notes, meeting follow-ups, and action trackers.
•Identify execution gaps and own urgent business problems that cut across departments.

Key Requirements

•High-ownership business generalist with strong execution discipline.
•Strong writing and structured thinking with reliable follow-through.
•Experience working directly with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
•Comfortable handling ambiguity, urgent problems, and shifting priorities.
•Experience in startups, consulting, operations, strategy, fintech, or founder-led environments is a strong advantage.
