Job Summary

Support 360-degree brand management and marketing communications across Dubai CommerCity’s online and offline channels. Own brand consistency and messaging while developing creative content and marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, newsletters, videos, and promotional materials. Assist with digital marketing and social media execution, email campaigns, webinars/podcasts, online ecosystem engagement, and performance reporting. Coordinate content creation and manage timelines, revisions, and quality checks with vendors and agencies.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage marketing collaterals and brand assets across digital and offline platforms, coordinating creation of brochures, presentations, sales kits, proposals, newsletters, videos, and promotional materials.
•Ensure brand identity, messaging, tone of voice, and visual standards stay consistent across marketing and communication initiatives.
•Support social media and digital marketing execution, including content planning, campaign coordination, scheduling, engagement, and reporting.
•Coordinate content creation activities such as social media shoots, photography, videography, reels, interviews, and promotional campaigns.
•Coordinate with creative agencies and production vendors for marketing deliverables, managing timelines, revisions, quality checks, and procurement coordination (PR/PO, onboarding, and payment follow-ups).

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Marketing.
•Prior experience in brand management, marketing communications, content marketing, digital marketing, or related roles.
•Strong understanding of branding, content creation, digital marketing, and marketing communications.
•Experience managing marketing collaterals, presentations, creative content, and social media campaigns.
•Good coordination and stakeholder management skills with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
