•Operate, maintain, and ensure the integrity of the CSS Interfaces suite for reliable 24/7 service.
•Provide technical support to Operational Support Engineers and key business stakeholders, including incident resolution.
•Coordinate with cyber security teams to manage interface-related changes, developments, and vulnerabilities.
•Support Control Centre operations, including fault resolution, maintenance activities, and system enhancements.
•Maintain business-critical systems (monitoring, upgrades, repairs, access control, documentation) and improve performance using system data and reporting tools.
