Build and scale the analyst relations function for ElevenAgents, shaping a trusted point of view that analysts actively use and revisit. Turn enterprise messaging into narratives that support Gartner Magic Quadrant inclusion and expand coverage with Forrester and IDC. Partner with Growth, Research, and Field Deployment Engineering to understand the product roadmap and translate what ElevenLabs is building into analyst-ready insights.

Key Responsibilities

•Build an analyst relations program for ElevenAgents from the ground up, delivering a real point of view analysts trust.
•Drive the next phase of analyst coverage, including Gartner Magic Quadrant inclusion and expanded coverage with Forrester and IDC.
•Translate insights from Growth, Research, and Field Deployment Engineering into narratives analysts can act on.
•Prepare executives and technical leads for analyst inquiries, briefings, and ongoing analyst engagement.
•Develop and maintain analyst touchpoint cadence (e.g., newsletters, check-ins, and event presence such as Gartner IT Symposium).

Key Requirements

•Experience running or building an analyst relations function, ideally in enterprise software, AI, or CX/contact center technology.
•Hands-on experience taking a company through a Gartner Magic Quadrant or Forrester Wave submission process.
•Ability to shape category narrative across multiple product lines so analysts understand the coherent market position.
•Comfort prepping executives and technical leads for analyst inquiries and briefings, and building a cadence between touchpoints.
•Experience covering agentic AI, voice AI, or conversational AI categories specifically.
