Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate creative and business team requests into scoped, testable GenAI workflow builds with defined requirements and success criteria.
  • •Build, configure, test, and maintain GenAI workflows, feeds, agents, and automation pipelines for assigned categories and use cases.
  • •Configure prompts, model settings, workflow logic, and agent behaviors across multiple GenAI models.
  • •Design and maintain node-based workflows using visual logic builders and similar technologies.
  • •Plan and execute structured testing and documentation for workflow builds, configurations, testing results, and learnings.

Key Requirements

  • •Hands-on experience building, configuring, or operating enterprise GenAI workflows, pipelines, agents, or automation systems.
  • •Hands-on experience with node-based/graph-based workflow editors or visual logic builders (e.g., ComfyUI, n8n, Figma Weave).
  • •Experience configuring GenAI prompts, workflows, agents, and model selection across multiple GenAI models.
  • •Ability to translate business and creative requirements into structured, testable workflows with defined success criteria.
  • •Experience evaluating and optimizing AI-generated outputs against quality standards, acceptance criteria, or KPIs.
